If your looking for a church to relate to this is it! Everything that Pastor Dave talks about can be applied to your life in some way!

A great place to explore faith! No religious experience necessary to fit in here. All judgement checked at the door. A wonderful community of people lead by amazing pastors .

After attending two churches within the Racine-Kenosha area which were driven by "politics" instead of the "message of Jesus" our family decided it was time for a change. Our friend, Dave had invited us to visit Great Lakes Church, so we decided to take him up on his offer. After one visit, our family knew we had found the church which was right for us!
Great Lakes Church is a non-denominational church which meets at three locations: Kenosha Campus 7650 75th Street in Kenosha, Weekends on Wednesdays Campus at the GLC Ops Center 7600 75th St #112 in Kenosha , and Racine Campus 9605 Spring St in Mt Pleasant.
(Please note my review is based on our family's experience at the Kenosha and WOW campuses of Great Lakes Church.)
The mission statement of Great Lakes Church is simple: To make it easy for people to find and follow Jesus. The layout of the church service reflects the mission statement: Contemporary worship songs, videos which help to introduce the topic of the day, a talk from lead pastor, Dave Nelson, welcome/announcements from the campus pastor, prayer and a closing song in a "come as you are" atmosphere.
Great Lakes Church offers a fantastic children's ministry, dynamic youth/student ministry, adult groups, connect events, men/women's ministry events, Celebrate Recovery, counseling services, hospital visitation, marriage mentoring, prayer, wedding, vow renewal and funeral services. If you attend GLC on a regular basis, then you are considered a church member.
In the time our family has attended Great Lakes Church we have received a warm welcome each week while forming friendships with those who simply want to "find and follow Jesus."Added April 28, 2017 by Kathy A - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★

Outstanding. Never knew I needed church until I went here. Dave makes everything relatable and practical. He can be downright hilarious. Great atmosphere and non judgmental. Child care is offered during service. Dress code is casual. Good coffee. If you're looking for something a bit different, this is it.
